The location is very central and convenient. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.

The apartment suffers from maintenance problems. The entrance is neglected, one of the windows was broken, the shower smelled of sewage and the toilet faucet was broken. We contacted the host who was very kind, but in practice he didn't take care of anything

Muy buena ubicación. Posibilidad de parking en la calle sin pagar. Habitaciones muy amplias. Buen espacio de cocina, con todo lo necesario

Cisterna del baño no funcionaba correctamente. Baño pequeño con ducha que dejaba agua por el resto del baño. El apartamento está puerta con puerta con vecinos que viven con la puerta abierta y hacen vida en la propia puerta del apartamento. Es un poco incómodo a la hora de entrar o salir del apartamento. No hay un salón como tal y no hay campana extractora para cocinar

"Ideale Lage für die Besichtigung Sibiu"

Sehr zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung, schön gross. Grosstügig geschnittene Wohnjng, Zimmer und Küche.

Inbegriffener Parkplatz an sich nicht vorhanden. Parken nur auf den öffentlichen Parkplätze am Straßenrand in der Nähe möglich. Leider schwierig am Wochenende einen nahen Parkplatz zu finden.
