It is ideally located to the historic city of Siena. The house was beautiful and lots of space. And then our host Gabriella, she is a very friendly person and she has a lot of zest for life. We loved her.

The hot water pressure was to low

This property is spotless and has a cute little garden with climbing rose's, flowers and herbs. Less than 10 minute walk into old town Siena with fabulous views on the way.

That I couldn't stay longer.

Our good fortune to have found this lovely villa at the outskirt of Siena. When you arrive you pull into your personal parking space and are greeted warmly by a linguistic mixture of English and Italian (one feels the genuine welcome). You enter a small flower filled courtyard (Making one realize Tuscany is not like our east coast weather). With 12 foot ceilings, the villa has a comfortable living room (seats 5 comfortably) and its adjoining well equipped kitchen (even condiments). Of course there is an expresso maker. Three bedrooms, each with fluffy bedding, 2 full baths with sizeable showers. The villa is decorated with a lovely artful eye. The surrounding area is countryside. Il campo is a 15-20 minute walk, a bit uphill but quite manageable for a senior couple. When driving here the GPS has trouble so best to keep your eye open for a "hidden" driveway on the right with a steep drive down to Gabriella's. A five star choice for us-2 senior couples and an adult son.

I have absolutely no complaints, I think it was the best stay we had during our trip in Italy. Gabriella, the host, was amazing. It was very close to Siena center (5-10 minutes by walk?), but still slightly far away so it was easy to drive / park car (parking on the property!) and it was super quiet, just birds chirping and beautiful view to Siena. Apartment was super comfortable, beds were amazing, we were super happy about 2 bathrooms. Gabriella left a prosecco for us and also let us check-in few hours earlier, without complaints, even though we arrived earlier than we said! (I still feel bad about that, sorry!:)). One detail was also a huge plus - warm, thick bedding / sheets - that's not always the case in Italy:)

My family and I could not recommend staying at this apartment highly enough. Gabriella was a wonderful host, so accommodating, helpful and she was very happy to go out of her way to assist us (taxi issues!) We would not stay anywhere else when we next return to Siena. 10/10!

Loved the appartment great location the host is the real Italian Mama 😀 we love her! you have everything in the appartment. That's a great appartment to visit Siena and the area
