Charmingly appointed apartment in a palazzo. A great location for a visit to Siena. Very attentive host.

The size of the apartment and proximity to the piazza, cathedral and other sites. The manager, Paolo, was very responsive, helpful and contactable at any time. The washing machine was useful.

Street noise late at night, the door locks were tricky to operate. A microwave would have been handy as would as 4 coffee mugs.

The appartment was stunning. Clean/warm/

The steps inside the building were a nightmare for me but i know a lot of stairs and no lifts are normal for these historic buildings. Also the front bedroom was very noisy from street.

Comfortable, prettily furnished large apartment with a suitably equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Brilliant location. When a problem arose with the hot water there was action, and follow up. Genuine care for our circumstance was displayed and a suitable solution found to a frustrating situation. easy to look good when nothing happens, the measure is how a problem is addressed. This was professional.

We were temporarily inconvenienced by the loss of hot water.

We were not told the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It was a mission to get large luggage to the appartment

A spacious, clean apartment with big bedrooms and bathrooms. the kitchen is quite large in comparison to other apartments and it is more than fully stocked. The hosts were exceedingly kind and helpful and the location was excellent. Absolutely no complaints. Our stay was delightful.
