The lady who brought the key was very friendly.

Since there is no elevator, it can be exhausting to climb up to the top floor of the building. When making a reservation, be prepared to climb stairs.

Really nice apartment. Clean, comfortable and really well located in the centre of town. Super helpful staff too.

Nothing to complain about at all. Only watch out for other travellers is that it's on the top floor. So lovely views but lots of stairs!

"Very comfortable place"

Great location! Its is right at the city center, next to the Piazza del Duomo, but if you are by car be aware that you cannot drive in that area, so you'll have to park somewhere else and walk with your luggage. The place is big and very comfortable, its a good option if you are traveling with a group.

"We liked the apartment but hated the stairs."

The apartment was comfortable and clean and had been renovated to a good standard. It was well located in Siena.

The property information did not advise that the property was on the top floor and took 64 steps to get to the apartment. This should be noted in the facilities as there is no lift in the building. Although the apartment was well fitted out it was also lacking a few things such as extra pillows, tea towels and soap for showers.
