Atendimento excelente, otima localização, muito limpo, toalhas e lençois limpos e disponíveis, bem espaçoso.

Não há vaga de estacionamento. Em frente ao condomínio há várias vagas, mas são ocupadas rapidamente.

Nada, saímos antes, no outro dia pós cheking, casa suja, roupa de cama suja, ar condicionado pingando, sem manutenção, o apartamento não está em situação de locação.

Imóvel em condições inadequadas de uso: ambiente sujo, roupas de cama com odor e sem higienização, louças e utensílios sujos, ausência de itens básicos (como pano de louça), ar-condicionado com defeito (pingando) e sem manutenção. Falta de padrão mínimo de limpeza, conservação e preparo para receber hóspedes.

Todos os ares condicionados sem nenhuma manutenção sujos e entupidos, acordei com o chão dos quartos molhados um fedor de mofo , todas os lençóis , fronhas com um fedor insurportável, as toalhas de banho mesma coisa com mal cheiro , o sofá fedendo mofo as instalações bem ruins sem manutenção a muito tempo
