Minimalist Apartment

A clean and cozy studio next to the Technical University. Laundry machine, fridge, TV, wifi, hot plates and other equipment available. Air conditioner in the flat. Nice view of the Vitosha mountain. Easy access to the metro. The airport is 15 mins away by metro. Many bars and restaurants nearby.

You have to climb stairs, but I expected it so I did not mind.

Comfortable and nice bed. Amazing view to the park - nature. The hostess was responding very quickly and she was really helpful,too.

There was no shower stall and as a result after shower there was becoming a big lake that wanted time to go down. The screen of the windows was damaged, so that we could not open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Although the apartment is pet friendly, we were asked to pay a fee of 8€/day. We knew that we had to pay extra for the pet but we were informed too late for this amount of money that was quite high. Finally, there was no elevator for the third floor.

I would give 9 because the appartment was nice and comfortable, but...

A day after check out the Booking informed me, that the owner is claiming 30 BGN because of missing part from the coffee machine. The part which I cleaned after using the coffee machine and left to dry by the sink. No whatsapp, no call, despite we were writing before reagriding check in/check out... Just info to booking with 30 BGN claim! After my response if they found the "missing part" by the sink no answear at all (!), no appology, nothing. Unprofessional and unpleasent or I could even can say: attempted scam.

-quite place -comfortable bed and couch -good quality of WiFi -fast communication with host

-no heating (!), it’s winter outside and all days I had to lie under cover -shower is broken -TV doesn’t work -awful kitchen equipment, I don’t know how it’s possible to cook -strange construction of the shower, after shower there is water everywhere and if you want to clean teeth after or to go to the toilet, you can forget about this -black spots at walls -dirty fridge

The studio is in a very communicative place - near 2 metro stations and a bus stop for a quick connection to the central part of the city. There are some fast food joints nearby, as well as a restaurant. It's near a university but very quiet. The studio itself has everything needed for a short stay, or even a longer one - there's even a washing machine available. The place is clean and well-maintained.

Although the room itself was very clean, the bathroom needed a touch of TLC - there were a few nasty mold spots on the ceiling, as well as dust and hair behind the toilet seat. I had some issues with electricity and central heating supply but the host was very nice and kept me updated about info from the providers (not much she could do herself, so not complaining).

Everything! The apartment has everything one could need for a stay, no matter how long. There was some shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, a hair dryer, an air fryer, a water cooker, an iron. Just about anything you could possibly need during your stay. It's big enough for two, maybe even three people. Nice, warm, airy apartment! Great price to value ratio! Highly recommend! Nice owners!
