Near the metro and the city center.

The duble bed is not so comfortable and also the noisy of outside so penetrated inside.

Next to metro and city centre

The personel of novasol is not so helpful. contact to the owner of house directly may be much more rationale. I want early rezervation from the personel and then to put our suitcase to home is to be rejected the novasol personel. İnside of the home the double bed is so bad and the outside noisy penatrated inside

Great stay, everything that was advertised.

Not a problem for me, but if you are sound sensitive you might have a problem, because the tram station is nearby.

Not too many possessions around.

I'm very disappointed with the host. I'm a new mum and I am suffering from the "baby brain", I travelled with a newborn and needed to enter this place early in the morning. The customer service was awful. They did not accommodate my needs, specifically the early check in even though no one was staying in the apartment before me. I asked them to make an exception but how could they when I was probably talking to AI. All of their responses sound automated. The phone number is from some other country. They lack humanness basically and I felt very unaccommodated for. Very uncomfortable. They need to learn the golden rule: customers always have a right and always come first. Please if you are reading this, look for someone else's place. This experience is rather void of compassion.

Parking was little bit difficult and narrow

Nice space. Good location.

Not too clean or organised. The garage wasn’t working and when the door finally opened, the car couldn’t fit into the lift. The guys were taking some time to respond too

Great location. Good value for money. Bed was very comfortable and the hosts were amazing ♥️ Thank you for a great experience!
