1) The biggest advantage of the apartments was their location and proximity to the nearest shopping mall. However, there was no direct route due to fences and private parking, so it was necessary to go around the series of office buildings, which took about 10 minutes. 2) The view from the balcony was also good. The balcony was spacious and had a rocking sofa; however, in winter, this option is absolutely useless because the balcony is open-air.

1) When I entered the apartment, the first thing that caught my attention was a strong kitchen 's scent, which completely permeated the flat. It upset me immensely. 2) It often happened that neighbors cooked something, and the smell easily infiltrated the flat through the ventilation, which only strengthened the situation even further. 3) The sound system that was promised did not work. The main Sony speaker, which was connected to the power outlet, did not respond to the remote control. I changed the batteries in the remote, but that didn’t change anything. When I tried to figure out the connection, I discovered that the cord was tangled behind the TV panel, which was not easily accessible, and the socket was very weak and shabby, with many other devices plugged in, so I decided not to touch it at all. In the bathroom, the sound panel was also dead and did not respond to touches. 4) The plaster was falling from the walls onto the bed 5) The baseboard in the bathroom was broken and half fell off. 6) Several times, the corridor when you leave the elevator was filled with a terrible smoke smell. It was very unpleasant. 7) The leather on the seats was cracked, and the chairs looked very worn. 8) There was a terrible smell of a sewer drain or shower stall in the bathroom. 9) Once I returned in the evening to refresh myself, there was no water supply, but it was restored later in the night.

Nice studio apartment in a secure building, fantastic balcony and easy access to the mall, tech park and Sofia. Check-in and out was painless.

It was slightly difficult to find on Google maps, and taxi service to/from airport does try to rip u off badly too (not the hosts fault). Very clear directions for taxi drivers in Bulgarian would be really helpful, with expected price guide etc
