Apartment was clean, well-equipped and in an excellent location. The WiFi and A/C were working properly. Adding an electrical heater could make the stay even more comfortable. Kitchen is useful, fridge was clean as well. Overall it was a good experience.

I did not like the pre check-in process. All the necessary information should be provided at least one day before the stay. I shouldn’t have to follow up hour by hour to receive the details.

Отличное расположение квартиры. Магазины, кафе и достопримечательности всё рядом. До центрального метро Сердика 5 минут пешком.

Absolutely satisfied with this accomodation. It is close to the city center, shops, the tram line- and metroline. Fully equipped, clean and cozy. Easy to communicate whit the helpful owner! Recommend it! Note that , if you are coming in winter, the only way to warm up the flat is using the AC.

Ubicación céntrica. No ruido.

Tercera planta sin ascensor. Suciedad generalizada. Polvo y pelusas. El suelo estaba sin limpiar y había pelusas debajo de las camas. Grasa en la campana de la cocina. Falta de mantenimiento en general en el alojamiento. Olor a desagüe en los baños: no tienen ventana. Aunque el plato de ducha, tiene mampara, el agua sale fuera. La lavadora no funcionaba. Presencia de cucarachas en la cocina, en el fregadero y encimera. Contacto con el alojamiento y no resolución del problema: indican que ya ha habido un tratamiento de plagas hace unas semanas y que las cucarachas que veo son las que quedan del proceso de tratamiento... Increíble! Cada día más cucarachas y absoluta falta de respuesta al problema, decía que hablaría con el relevant team y sigo esperando la respuesta. Solo se preocupó el último día para saber a qué hora hacía el check-out.

The only area for improvement is that the beds need more belows for comfort sleep
