Orange Flower Apartments

The apartments are located just a few steps from the very city center, just as advertised.

I've booked the Orange Flower Apartments Studio, which has 50sqm according to Booking advert. When arrived (late in the evening) I was told that there are some problems with the studio and on top the lift to the fourth floor doesn't work. "But, no problem, you'll get an even better apartment". This apartment turned out to be approx. half of the studio space, but of course for the same price. I never got a call from the owner to be offered with a discount whatsoever for the downgrading. Ok, next time in Sofia I'll definitely look for a different apartment. Since I'm half Bulgarian, I know those kind of people who try to - let's put it that way - optimize their business on others cost, I think you know what I mean. But I thought today it would be hard to still find this species, but voilà. This is just an assumption from my side, I'm not claiming anything...

Nothing. Nothing and nothing.

Firstly, its location was quite bad. In this house, where we stayed for only 6-7 hours, the beds were so hard that we could not sleep and my friend was bitten by bedbugs. The location of the room was unsafe. We made a reservation to stay in the same room on our return, but we did not want to stay there because we did not like the service, but they did not accept our cancellation request. towels and other textiles were of very poor quality. The house was very old, we reached the room by passing through a few doors. There was a pointless basin in the middle of the toilet and there wasn't even a trash can.

Excellent location in the centre of Sofia. The Metro station is very close. Quiet side street. The studio is comfortable for two people with all the necessary furnishing and kitchen appliances.

Being on the fourth floor without an elevator was not a problem for us but make sure you take everything when you leave for your daily trips because going up and down could be tiring. Generally it needs some redecoration, it has obviously been used for a long time by a lot of guests.

Just the location

Pictures don't match reality. It was dirty, broken shower, bath towels pure joke you need to bring your own, it was very noisy someone had very nice party, smell from the toilet or bathroom was the worst including there was only one working electric socket in the room others were just dangerous to use. Only the location was good nothing else.

accommodation on the fourth floor without lift, it should be renovated and the mattress should absolutely be changed

Very spacious rooms and kitchen with a lot of facilities and a nice veranda. Very clean and a very good location.

Needs a selection of pillow sizes. Electric panel heating would have been much better than air condition units. A place to hung the towels and a better separation of shower and toilet sink is also needed..

The location is super, just few minutes walk from city center.

Very old building without elevator and cockroaches in bathroom.
