Casa sporca (formiche, vetri rotti, divani sporchi, forte odore di fogna al bagno), palazzo ed entrata fatiscente. La strada buia di sera può risultare pericola

L'host era presente e disponibile, la posizione eccellente a due passi da Vitosha, la soluzione ideale in quanto dotata di due stanze reali e di una cucina/soggiorno confortevole, la cucina molto equipaggiata

L'affaccio diretto su strada che impedisce di aprire le finestre rendendola poco luminosa, l'edificio esterno molto fatiscente, le pulizie fatte in maniera approssimativa (frigo sporco, grosse macchie in un lato nascosto del pavimento), per le quali si sono offerti di recuperare con una pulizia intermedia durante il soggiorno

Clean and modern. Great location. Super helpful staff. Two bedrooms - one with a double, one with two singles - better than most others we looked at which had sofa beds instead.

The apartment is located in the Sofia city center, everything is at 5’ distance by foot ( restaurants, Vitosha) and the flataway team is very welcome. There apartment is equipped with every appliance that you’ll probably need ( iron, code machine, dinnerware even a washing machine). A really big advantage is that it’s close to two metro lines ( Serdika, NDK)

The only disadvantage that isn’t mentioned is the really bad and constant smell coming from the drains, especially in the bathroom area and isn’t covered by a spray although there was one.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Larger than expected. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated so it was very comfortable. The location was also great – close to a Main Street with a lot of shops and restaurants.

The property is set within a good walking distance to the nice restaurants and bars. The property is a very good size and had good extras like hair dryer, drying rack etc. the apartment is on the ground floor which was good. Very good communication with agent and they sent a useful information pack which helped. Really easy to find the flat with the photos provided.

The flat is within a block, it’s on the ground floor which is good, but there are other people living in the apartment block, unfortunately someone let their dog poo on our mat, it was dark in the hallway when I opened the door and stood right in the poop! This is not a reflection on the flat, but just an idea of the building. The outside of the building had no flights when we arrived and it was about 12am, lots of graffiti, so it was a bit ekkk when we arrived…. But the good instructions and key left outside in the lock box meant we were able to get in easily. The actual flat is good! The shower doesn’t have a proper tray so long showers are not ideal! Needed a sponge to mop up water really!

I really like this place. It’s very well located, super clean and very organise. The host is very helpful and kind. I strongly recommend it.
