This is a very comfortable and luxurious flat in the center of Sofia. It is spacious, has two bedrooms and even two balconies. Especially the balcony on the backside is very nice, it is quiet and was a great asset for the unexpectedly warm days late October. The living room has a large table, a very comfortable sofa and provides a lot of space. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and many other equipment and details that allows for some good cooking. The bedroom feels good with comfortable beds and sufficient closet space. Washing machine and dryer available. The bathroom has a good shower and was very clean, but started to smell a bit after a few days. The hosts are kind and very quick in responding, but I did not meet them in person. It was very nice to be welcomed with fruit, some chocolates, a bit of rakija and a bottle wine - superb hospitality! The location is fine in a new apartment building, very quiet, but a bit of a walk to the city center. Overall, the apartment felt like home very quickly and I could imagine staying there for a longer period of time.

I traveled to Sofia with my 23 year old granddaughter. We loved the apartment, the location and the little, thoughtful things that the owners left for us and helped us with. Their directions and explanations were very helpful and clear. We send them deepfelt thanks for their wonderful hosting.

This apartment is designed, equipped and supported on high level. It's hard to find apartments in new building in Sofia Center.

Please pay your attention in description, that there is NO COOLING CONDITIONER ( Sofia is the South City).

Huge apartment with plenty of common space and sizable bedrooms. Great location near to city centre with some wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Nice complimentary touches included bowl of fruit, chocolates and shots of rakia. Good communications with host fixed bathroom light very quickly after we reported it to be broken.

The location is great, within a 15min walk to the city center. The apartment if very spacious. We needed a 2nd key for one of the evenings during our stay and the hosts were happy to provide it without any issues.

It was not an issue during our stay, but the property doesn't have air conditioning, which could be a problem during hotter periods of the year.

Very nice and spaceous appartement, even for a big family of 6 persons like ours. Everything was very neat, all comfort is available. There are 2 nice bedrooms with a double bed in each, 2 children slept in the living room on a sofa bed. Contact with the hosts with Whatsapp was great and quick. Splendid location to explore the city. All monuments in the center can be done by foot. It's also very easy and cheap to get around the city by taxi with the TaxiMe app. Because we are with 6 perons, we had to order 2 taxis to get around, but it always just took a few minutes for 2 taxis to arrive wherever you are in the city. There a lots of great restaurants are in the neighbourhood on walking distance. We were very happy with our stay in this property in Sofia and can highly recommend it.
