Parquet dans la chambre. Grande hauteur sous plafond. En plein centre. Coin très calme.

Lorsque des gens fument dans les appartements à côté l'odeur de tabac rentre dans l'appartement et c'est assez insuportable. L'isolation phonique n'est pas top par rapport aux appartements autour, bien que dans l'ensemble le coin soit très calme. Pour ceux qui voudraient cuisiner, le revêtement de la poêle est complètement rayé car il n'y a que de la coutellerie en métal.

The location is good, very close to NDK, in a quiet inner courtyard.

Where do I start... - Unbearable smell of cigarettes! - Broken bed with a hole in the middle - Super dirty and dusty everywhere, this room has not been cleaned in a long time - There were flies and spiders everywhere - The rooms are in a basement, not ground floor as advertised. - It is really dark in it. You need lights on even during the day. - There was mold in the bathroom - The tiles in the bathroom were falling off the wall - There was no AC! despite advertising per room AC. Just some vent holes in the wall that did nothing - The kitchen was falling apart, I was afraid to open the cupboards and there were exposed live wires from the light - The in-room fridge is a tiny hotel size fridge, that is ON TOP OF THE WARDROBE !?!?!?! - Squeaky bed and sofa - No toiletries whatsoever It was disgusting and I regret booking it. I don't understand how all comments were so positive. Most of them must be fake. It was not expensive but still wasn't worth the money. The host needs to seriously up their game, and at least CLEAN THE ROOM BETWEEN GUESTS!

I liked that there is a 24 hour shop across the street and it is in the city center. However there was a lot of humidity and smell in the building. Sheets and bathroom was clean, the place is just a bit old. The management was available 7/24 which is very helpful. I think it is a comfortable place for short stays or price/performance travels.
