Spacious 3 Bedroom Home in Sofia's Top Center

Top locatie, schoon en alles was op loopafstand.

Onderhoud, aantal dingen waren versleten en moeten vervangen worden zoals douchekop. Daarnast kwamen wij in een periode dat er geen warmwater was.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt für die Grundversorgung direkt neben an.

Es war nicht sauber (Staub, Spinnweben, Spinnen, Flecken im Kühlschrank). Der Abfluss im Bad war verstopft, so dass das Duschwasser nicht abfließen konnte (wir haben selbst mit Kanalreiniger Abhilfe geschaffen). Zu wenig Toilettenpapier, eine einzige Klimaanlage für die riesige Wohnung.

The flat was spacious and very light, the pictures are very accurate. The beds are comfortable. The flat is close to the centre, we were only there for a weekend and we were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this place!

The only 'downside' (of I'd even call it that) was that there was only one set of keys. It wasn't a big deal though.

The location is absolutely great, 2 mins from the strip, shops, etc. There are some small problems but overall we would stay here again as a group of men, all family related.

Only one set of keys / phobs for the apartment so for a group of people it was hard to accommodate everyones plans, broken windows in stairwell. Finishing not 100% broken plug sockets at height for children. Very small 2nd w/c, not sutible for adaults.

Position

The apartment is indeed very spacious and centrally located.

Communication was not fast. We missed some basics like toilet paper and once we got a responce it was dissapointing. Basicly they said: “Sorry. Got to buy your own cause we forgot.”
