Unique Central 1 Bedroom Flat

The flat was great and very central, although it wasn't the flat or location on the booking.com.so we waited 2hours ..the manager was telling us to read a mail which he never sent ..after I specifically emailed him explaining that I was booking for my son and he was arriving a day before me...he then sent the mail to my son.... Who walked 20min to the new location.. .. the cleaning service was great..we came back to a clean flat every day...

The only hiccup was that the washing machine was not working, but other than that it was perfect.. Oh yes, and the wait on arrival...

The apartment was amazing brand new with really nice furniture. It has two smart tv's with many Bulgarian channels if you're bored (I don't think you will because Sofia is amazing). The view from the window is also stunning it has a a huge walk-in closet and the apartment is well equipped in general. 10/10. Will come back for sure when I'm in Sofia again!!

Nothing!!!

Unfortunately it took forever until I got an answer for the check in. There was blood and hair on the bed sheet. The apartment is only poorly equipped. Hand soap, toilet paper and functional Wi-Fi - a lot was missing.

Lovely appartment! Had everything you need if you wanted to cook for yourself, very clean and quiet. Location was great, very near to one of the metro stations and walking distance to centre of Sofia. The mattres was super comfy. Appartment got chilly at night, to be expected but the heating units heated the rooms up very quickly.

Entry instructions could have been a bit more detailed, there was a door number outside that didn't match the number on description, there were also 2 key boxes so had to try both. Once we got in we had no idea which floor or door it was, choice of 16! We ended up trying most of the doors until one opened... only other negative was the pillows weren't comfy and there was only 1 for each person.

The location was great and the flat is in very good taste and well furnished. The key was easy to get once I had read the instructions properly. Great shower and the heating in flat adjustable and comfortable. We ate out all the time, but flat has all you need to cook and keep the place clean and tidy.

An extra key would be great when there are two people sharing it can be difficult to work out keys if going out and/or arriving back at different times. Other than that all great.

The location is very good, it's very close to the city center by walk.

It was on the 4th floor with no elevator.

The apartment was fantastic and the location was soul of Sofia, everything is near and I would like to tell all the visitors to come and stay in this apartment,it was only problem to get the key and to the instructions but all other things was lovely ,I really felt home sweet home,I love it
