Както си личи и от снимките апартаментът е доста стар. Не е опитано дори да се направи ремонт и да се подобрят условията, стените са напукани, доста е неприветливо. Единствената причина да го вземем беше местоположението (не защото е хубаво, а защото гостът трябваше да е много близо до семейство, което живее в района). Причината, поради която давам тази оценка, е цената. Това са луди пари за един стар продънен апартамент и не мога да повярвам на наглостта! За 7 нощувки трябваше да дадем 1000лв, което е равносилно на наем за един месец в района! Ако имате друг избор не наемайте този апартамент, просто е тотална лудост!
