Mountain View Apartment 1 + Parking

Удобно, уютно и чисто, наличен е паркинг с бариера, на който се паркира без проблем, бърз интернет, любезен домакин и лесна комуникация с него. Има всичко необходимо в апартамента. Непосредствено до сградата има хранителни магазини, спирка на градски транспорт на няколко минути пеша. Бихме се върнали отново :))

Тесничко е за 4 човека, но за една вечер става.

Ulaşım, konum herşey çok güzeldi. Dairede çok keyifliydi. İçinde herşey düşünülmüştü. Otopark olması çok iyi. Girerkende çıkarkende hiç zorlanmadık.

Perfect property in Sofia especially if you travel by car.

Self check-in, parcare cu LPR (cameră video cu recunoașterea numărului de înmatriculare), imobil nou, magazin la parter.

Ventilatorul din baie și plasele de la geamuri, pline de praf.

The apartment is perfectly warm and very nicely designed and it was very clean. The view is lovely but would be even better had the windows been wiped clean. The host communicates well. Strong wifi connection.

The building is new but the elevators seem to have been produced and assembled by the construction company who built the building and who clearly does not specialise in producing and fitting elevators. Both elevators shake as they ride up and down (one more than the other). If you stand in the middle of one elevator dust will fall on your head from the ventilation holes. In violation of common EU rules and regulations on newly built buildings the elevators do not have an emergency Or alarm button nor display any evidence they are checked for safety by a third party. This to me is very worrying and in fact I tried to minimise use of the elevators and I will surely not return to the building for this very reason. The apartment's bed is a little smaller than a queen size and the mattress is old and uncomfortable. Thankfully there is a mobile mattress inside the closet and it covers around 75% of the size of the bed. I used it and it was fairly comfortable to sleep on. However, due to its size only one person can sleep on the bed (I stayed alone so it was fine). My motto in life is "better safe than sorry" which is why I will not stay in this apartment again if it was even offered free of charge but I rate it highly because a single traveler who does not share my outlook would be very satisfied especially considering the price is not excessive.
