The views over the sea were stunning, and you had a table to have breakfast or drinks to enjoy them. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it had all the necessary appliances. If you have a car the location is good, with free private parking, and justa a short drive to the city center.

"A perfect place for a stay in Split."

The apartment is well equipped and elegantly furnished. It is perfectly situated in the quiet borough of Znjan, just a 5 min walk to the beach. Supermarkets are in a walking distance. We used Uber for downtown trips (quite affordable). Diana was a wonderful host and helped us with our requests. I can highly recommend Apartment Lauretta for a stay in Split!

Apartement was very nicely furnished, with very confortable beds. It is locatedi in quiet neighborghood so you can enjoy peace at night. Bech is only 200 m away.

"Fantastic property, loved staying there"

Fantastic property, its a new let so a towel rail and clothes airer would help if your staying longer than a few days

Roads around are not fully tarmaced as area is still being developed. Would stay in the summer as not much to do out of season

Excellent small modern apartment - all very clean with all the utilities you would want available. Amazing view from the balcony. Very friendly hosts. Overall - very good stay and I would do it again.
