Apartments Villa Dube

Perfect location for the old town and the sea front. Everything you may need has been pro idea by the owner, from mosquito repellent to beach towels.

It was a bit dark.

Very convenient location in quiet area. Davor was a marvellous host, super helpful. Lovely restaurants, supermarket very close by. The apartment is spotless and well equipped.

I would have been more comfortable with better pillows and softer towels. The bed in the main bedroom of duplex was quite low but comfortable.

- Communication with Davor (Host) was quick and responsive. - Davor was friendly and explained location/apartment and parking in detail N clearly. - Location was great, just 8 mins from Split Riva and much nearer to the old town/city center. - The apartment was ok and not as expected, it had necessary amenities for the bathroom or kitchen. Good WiFi.

- It was an Duplex apartment, not suitable for family with small kids and the worst part was that AC was not working on the upper part and it was terribly hot time of the year and we as a family of 4 had to cramp up on one bed on the lower floor which was a disaster and to small. - We didn't enjoy staying there as even after informing the host, the AC was not fixed and It was too difficult to stay in a small studio like place for 4.

The location of the apartment is a little hard to get to. It is on a pedestrian only street so you must park on a closer street and walk to the apartment. Davor met us when we drove up and helped to find a parking place. He helped carry our luggage to the apartment and went over all the details we needed. He even used a map to guide us to the city. Once there, the location of the apartment is wonderful. Only a 10 minute walk to the Diocletian palace, the Riva and the ports where the ferries and boat tours depart from. The place is not large, but was clean and comfortable. Having the extra bedroom and bathroom were big pluses. Most of the streets are narrow so the smaller the car the better.

Location was excellent, a short walk to the Old Town, ferries, bus station and train station. Apartment was lovely, very homely and perfect for sharing with family and our friend. Having two bathrooms and toilets was very convenient and handy and also the use of a washing machine and drying rack. Lovely shaded courtyard garden space too. We enjoyed our stay very much.

the Appartement was ideally located for the old town, especially the green market I visited every morning. if you like the beach, this is also easy to access.

LOCATION WAS BRILL, JUST FIVE MINUTES WALK FROM CITY CENTRE, DAVOR (THE hOSTE) COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFULL ANS SUPASSED ALL EXPECTATIONS. HE'S A LOVELY GUY AND ON HAND TO HELP WITH ANYTHING,

The host arranged transport from the airport and met us at the apartments. He walked us through all the facilities and explained how to get hot water and ensured that we were comfortable to contact him if we had any questions, which we did later in the stay.

There was no comfortable armchair which could be used inside. For my father to rest he had to lay on the bed and would have liked to have a chair, unfortunately there was not really enough room to provide this
