Beautiful apartment with character

Window overlooking the Diocletian Palace was great location but music in the courtyard played all night with large crowds was very difficult for sleeping. Bring ear plugs

The location was amazing - it was very central and it was great to be able to look out the window to the wonderful square and architecture

It would be lovely to have an elevator to help luggage

A stunning and incredibly spacious apartment in an amazing location. So incredible to look out the window at the Saint Dominus Bell Tower in the morning, then listen in the evening to musicians in the Peristyle below.

There are two flights of narrow stairs up to the apartment (difficult if you have heavy cases), and the church bells toll at 6am - but that's all part of the experience

The apartment was extremely roomy and comfortable and the location is incredible

The location is within magnificent Old Town Split. We were in awe when Palm Sunday rituals occurred right beneath our window. There was an open air Sunday mass, the clergy were heading the procession and catholics laid down their olive branches. Open the apertment's window and you directly face a Roman palace ruin. Apartment is clean, super comfortable with all amenities. One thing, the church bells ring at 6.00am and they are LOUD. So only stay there if you are a morning person or you can sleep through the bells.

Could use a window upgrade to block out noise, heavier curtains to block out more light.

Comfortable. Close to everything. Unique apartment

Didn’t realise it was so close to the bell tower and square in the old town. There is nothing melodious about the bells which are right outside the apartment, just noise for over 1 minute that starts at 6 am. The noise from tourists in the square is constant and on one occasion till 4.30 am - and this wasn’t tourist season. Also there are steps in the apartment to the bathroom which are positively dangerous if you have to get up in the night.

You are right in the center of all the action. It’s noisy, but we loved it.

Stunning apartment in an amazing location. Could not fault in any way. Our host was helpful with great communication. Highly recommend if you like being central, it doesn't get much more central than this!
