Luxury Apartment Luce

Apt was clean and a good location, just outside the old town. Walking distance to the beach, palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, etc.

Host was not proactive. I had to message to get info on apartment. Neighbor downstairs complained about loud noise which was most likely us bringing luggage’s upstairs and entering apt. Check out was at 10am and cleaning lady buzzed the door at 9:59am asking why we were not gone. Luggage’s were packed but for the amount we paid for the apartment we could have been given a 15 minute grace period. We understand there are other guests but it was a very rude departure. We’ve stayed at many guest apts while traveling and this is the first time we experienced this. We’ve been traveling for a month and this was our worst experience. We would not stay here again.

Convience to beach, restaurants, and groceries

Little bit of a climb upstairs with luggage

Very spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in a great location. It was only a few mins walk to Basvice beach and about 10min walk to the old town, making it the perfect base for our visit. The hosts were very helpful with check in process, and when the WiFi didn’t work they had it fixed straight away. Unfortunately the TV didn’t work, but the hosts tried to fix it and even offered to swap it with their own Tv. As we only stayed for 2 nights it was not an issue for us. They tried very hard to make it right by giving us chocolates and a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful of them.

We liked everything about this lovely apartment! Kleen and comfortable, and the distance from old town perfect and just a few steps away in a nice and peacefull neighbourhood.

Location was great and very quiet, only a 5 minute walk to the Riva and Old Town. Some nice local bars / restaurants on the way which were much expensive than those in the centre. Great facilities in the apartment and plenty of space.
