Such a perfect location to the old town

Great location in the center of Split and clean!

Falta menaje de cocina. El salón comedor no permite comer ni sentarse juntos 5 personas. Suelo irregular en una habitación. Limpieza regular, lo que se ve sí, pero debajo de camas....

Location, cleanliness, had everything we needed

We had some trouble figuring out the lock - instructions on how to lock/unlock the door (ie that you need to lift up the doorknob) would be very helpful

Great location, walking distance from loads of shops, bars, restaurants, bus stops etc

Property smell really bad of dampness, double bedroom has clearly had a bad leak at some point, floor sunk down when stepping on it not feeling safe at all, walls water damaged and damp smell very strong. Only one bath towel each for 4 nights. Hairdryer was awful, doesn’t blow hot air. Only one very small bowl, we had to take it in turns to have breakfast. Coffee mugs cracked. No tea spoons. Beds and pillows so uncomfortable. Photos show table/chairs outside, we did not have these. Can hear upstairs neighbours walking about.

Proximité du centre ville et du port tout en étant très calme.

Fantastic location good access as you can go down the lane way to a rear gate with your luggage and no do any stairs

There was only air-conditioning in the living room which did not work the best. If the weather was hotter the rooms would not have any air conditioning

Posizione centralissima e perfetta. Wi-fi velocissimo e smart tv con possibilità di accedere alle piattaforme streaming. I letti sono grandi e comodi, il bagno nuovo e ci sono grandi armadi per riporre tutti i vestiti. Il patio esterno è carino e permette la privacy, sono presenti anche dei fili per stendere il bucato. Ci sono stati serviti asciugamani grandi e piccoli per tutti gli ospiti. Si ha accesso alla casa sia dal portone del palazzo sia da una porticina che dà sul patio.

La cucina è funzionale ma carente un po' di strumenti (manca ad esempio lo scola pasta) che potrebbero essere tranquillamente integrati. Una delle camere aveva un punto del pavimento "morbido" dove il parquet si abbassava camminandoci sopra. Mancano degli scuri alle finestre perciò la mattina chi è abituato a dormire nel buio potrebbe avere fastidio. Tutto è self check-in non abbiamo incontrato l'host.

the whole place needs some maintenance. The floor has some spots where it's basically sinking.
