Luxury Apartment Padre Pio

Nina was an excellent host, she even brought some chocolates and fresh fruit picked by her family when she found out it was my birthday! Her beautifully furnished apartment has everything you need. The bed was so comfortable. The location could not be better 5 mins to the sandy beach and 10 minutes to harbour. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Split. A perfect stay.

It has everything you need - it is spacious, clean, well located, convenience stores very close by, a cute balcony area, washing machine , good size tv, extra towels available , and some goodies stocked in the fridge . The hosts are lovely and very helpful and accommodating. It made our stay in Solit perfect and I would happily stay there again .

The location is perfect , and the spartment is excellent.

Stayed for 11 nights. It is a fabulous studio apartment but no cleaning or change of bed linen.. Once we flagged, the owner changed bed linen, and hoover was left for our use. The owner did state it was not part of the contract. It's just something to be aware of if you are planning on staying for more than a few days .

The apartment was very beautiful and well-decorated. Very clean well equipped with good quality things. The host was very supportive of attending to all our needs.

The only reason why we can't give a 10 in the rank is because we had a bad experience with cold showers almost every day. We are a family of 3 people, and after the first took a shower there was no hot water available anymore and the others had either to bear a very cold shower or wait for about 1.5 hour till the boiler heat more water.

Apartment is clean and very well equipped. The host was really nice and friendly. Great location, very close to the beach. It was really quiet at night for sleep.
