Uitzonderlijke ligging, midden in het historisch centrum! WAT EEN INRICHTING, SUPER MOOI! Uitzonderlijk mooie materialen en inrichting. Bij aankomst stond er ons iemand op te wachten om ons naar het verblijf te begeleiden. Echt spijtig dat we hier maar één nacht zijn gebleven.

Omgeving was een beetje lawaaierig door werken en vroege leveringen. Er is een parking vlakbij, maar je moet wat geluk hebben voor een plaatsje. Maar deze opmerkingen wegen zeker niet op tegen dit uitzonderlijk mooie verblijf!

Location and bathtub .

The photos and advertisement were a little misleading. On the photos it looked a bit bigger as that it was . They advertised for hot-tub and also washing machine and toaster, coffee machine etc . When asked about that they explained Bath tub is the hot - tub ( english not their first language) . Kettle is coffee machine , no toaster and also the washing machine is in foyer and is shared by another apartment .I also asked for 2 more towels but unfortunately they did not provide that .BUT even though that was my concerns , we really enjoyed our stay in Split and would recommend this property !

The apartment was stylish and well Equipped with everything you need. We were a group of 3 couples so we had the 2 bedroom apartment and the 1 bedroom apartment . Bathrooms were beautiful and both units had lovely kitchenettes .

The bed in the one bedroom apartment was squeaky and not very comfortable.

Really comfortable and fantastic location. Check in process was also super smooth, thanks for a great stay.

Location quality and fit out of apartment

We are on a long holiday and specifically chose this apartment because it had a washing machine - however it was broken and we had to use a local laundry costing us $120

Location is unbeatable. You get down and are steps away from the peristyle of Diocletians Palace and all the action. If you feel tired a quick break in the apartment and you are good to go! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms meant that a family of 4 can stay comfortably. Everything from the kitchenette and the living room furniture is tastefully done. Rafa helped with luggage up the narrow stairs.

Narrow stairs. Some noise issues at night. But if you live within the old city walls then both these issues are understandable.
