Luxury room & studio Stella Maris

Great location. Lovely decor and well maintained. Very responsive to all message queries, Stella met us on arrival and explained on map the key places to visit. Spacious and very clean, nice bathroom.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor ( 60 steps) which was fine for us but could be a challenge for some people. The apartment doesn’t have a washing machine like some others - but we were aware of that and there is a self help laundry in town near the hostel - one load is 10 euros including detergent. Dryer - 5 euros.

The property is very nice and clean, with a fantastic location that's close to everything you need. The shutters are a standout feature—they allow you to make the room either bright and airy or completely dark, which, combined with the peaceful surroundings, ensures a restful and comfortable stay. The interior is thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. Stella is a genuinely kind and helpful host. She provided us with excellent local tips and advice, which made our experience even better. Her warm communication and attention to detail truly added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it’s a very pleasant place with a lovely atmosphere. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

It’s on 3rd floor with no lift, but it’s ok for young people.

Clean room, good beds, safe neighborhood, friendly staff

The bathroom smelled a bit after not being used for a day, it was clean and in good condition. We believe it was the pipes of the house not particularly that apartment. Also, there were a lot of locks 😀, but we were safe there for sure

Stunning apartment in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk into the old town. It was absolutely immaculate & had everything we could have possibly needed for a few nights or even longer. Great facilities. Our host Stella was the star though. She gave advice, top tips & her recommendations on arrival which was very helpful and was someone we could rely on when we needed help whilst away. Stunning place and the perfect spot for Split! Would 10000% recommend.

The studio was very clean and comfortable. The host could not of been any nicer or helpful, stella was brilliant.

Cant really think of anything negative, it was my daughter and i, it depends what u want but for us it was perfect. Only criticism is not the room but no lighting on stairs.

Exactly as described - you won’t be disappointed by this luxury room, positioned north of the Old Town. Everything is within stomping distance and felt safe to roam, as a single female traveller. Stella was very welcoming, I had water in the fridge and the bed is incredibly comfortable after a long day! I couldn’t recommend enough.

Nothing to mention. Only an iron would have been useful.
