Apartment My Place

Locatie f buna, la aprox 10-15 minute de mers de centrul orasului. Gazda foarte amabila, dornica sa ajute. Apartament curat, spatios, cu toate dotarile necesare (frigider, AC, bucatarie etc), un mic balcon. Parcare privata in curtea blocului.

Sunt 2 aspecte, dar care nu tin de apartamentul in sine: accesul in curte se face printr-o mica alee, pe mijlocul careia se afla un pom, chiar langa iesirea in bulevard. Este destul loc pt masina, dar este cam ciudat pana te obisnuiesti. Al 2-lea tine de un mini-teren de fotbal chiar in spatele blocului. Se joaca pe el pana seara tarziu si poate fi cam zgomotos, dar nu exagerat (oricum sunt termopane). Apartamentul este la et. 3, deci ceva mai greu pt cei cu multe bagaje.

Place de parking, un vrai plus pour Split. Machine à laver et Machine à café disponibles.

Bruit des Matchs de football sur le stade voisin jusqu’à tard (minuit) et tôt le matin.

Convenient location and great to have a parking spot! Host was very helpful and responsive.

The apartment is next to a soccer stadium, so a little loud at night.

The apartment is really comfortable.

The sorroundings and the entrance to the building is not well-rendered and has nothing to do with the flat, which on the other hand is new, well furnished and with all amenities. The landlady was helpful. Quite near the city centre (10 min walk) We enjoyed our stay there

We didn't see the property host when we arrive. We called her and waited for more than 40 minutes. Then she came and gave us the key. It was raining , wet and cold. A very unpleasant mood for checking-in the property.

Location is great, 15min by foot from city center or Poljud stadium.
