I recommend this property.to be booked. The owners are very friendly and the apartment was very clean . 10 minutes for the centre of split and a quiet area. It is value for money

The host- we had to solve a riddle to get in- guess the door number, guess the key box, guess the password for internet. And we were specifically told to wait behind the doors till 15:00, even though noone was inside already.

The apartment is perfect for families with children. The owner was very helpful and provided an extra bed for our child upon request. They were always available to answer any questions or requests. The apartment is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware (microwave, smoothie maker, dough mixer). Everything you need is available, and the items in the apartment are of high quality and practical. The air conditioning cools all rooms, and each room has ceiling fans, making it comfortable even during very hot temperatures. Grocery stores are nearby, and the old town center is in the immediate vicinity.

The only slight drawback, in my subjective opinion, is that the apartment is not in a tourist resort but in a block of flats in a residential area.

One of the highlights was the terrace, which provided a great space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The apartment is conveniently close to the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and enjoy the local amenities. Despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Apartment was in a great location and only a 5 minute walk down to the harbour area then another few minute walk to the main promenade and old town. Lots of lovely restaurants and places to drink. Apartment was lovely and clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. Terrace was lovely with a good sized dining table. We had to contact the owner through messages and our query etc was always dealt with promptly.

The apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you need. It is at an excellent location, about 10 minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes away from the beautiful old town. Two supermarkets are 1 minute away, with more food and drink options within 5-10 minutes. The hosts are very friendly. We are extremely satisfied and hope to have the opportunity to book this apartment again.

Everything was great, but the terrace was particularly beautiful. The hosts were helpful. There was a good supermarket in the corner. The coast was close.
