The apartment is wonderful, spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the apartment is the stunning window view of the sea. Start your morning with a cup of coffee while watching the boats drift by. The location is also excellent, just 15 minute pleasant walk through the park and along the promenade, passing super yachts, to reach the center of Split. Right outside, cliff jumping and 2 min amazing beach. Love it!

The location is prime-proximity to the Riva and the beach (about a 6 minute walk). The apartment itself was very well appointed, cozy and extremely clean. Washing machine was a plus and a must have for us. Very quiet. Looks to have been recently renovated.

We feel bad about pointing out some of the negatives but they could be relevant to some travelers. It is a first floor apartment however, there are several flights of stairs. It was a bit difficult for us to navigate but we managed. Apartment is part of a larger home, but there is no private access and no outdoor seating area. There was no dryer and nowhere to hang wet towels and swimsuits out to dry. The driveway entrance is extremely narrow. We just barely could fit the sub compact car we were driving through the gate. Although it is near the water, accessing the sea is precarious. Lastly, at some point in time, this must have been a beautiful estate/villa, however now it is overgrown and neglected.

Great location in a very unique property.

The apartment kitchen was fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils. The air conditioning worked well and the location was just ideal for a family with small children. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

The best side of Split, a short walk into the centre of the old town. Private access to the sea which was fantastic Lovely Appartment furnished with everything you would want. Massive walk in shower which was great The hosts were very friendly and even provided us with an inflatable for the sea !
