La gentilezza dell' host. C'è stato un problema con il condizionatore in camera, non solo l'host ci ha avvertito provando a risolvere il problema. Nel momento in cui non è riuscito, pur non avendo la cancellazione compresa nel prezzo, ci ha restituito tutti i soldi. Molto onesto e gentile
