Fabulous stay from start to end: 1. Easy to communicate with host, Darija after booking and before arrival. 2. Darija was a friendly face who waited outside the property for us. She very helpfully ran through the amenities, visitor info and maps. After she departed, whenever we had questions about the bakery, supermarkets and places to eat, she very promptly replied and gave addresses and online maps. 3. The apartment was extremely comfortable with 2 spacious bedrooms that had perfect blackout window dressings and double-glazed windows. All spaces were well air-conditioned. The kitchen was modern with new appliances, cutlery, crockery, cookery and a few considerate supplies. The bonus was 2 bathrooms with toilets! These were very new with well-appointed showers and toiletries. 4. Very well located with easy 2-3 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 minute walk into the Old Town and Riva. 5. It was lovely for Darija to personally farewell us with some thoughtful goodbye gifts.

These are very minor points which likely can't really be helped. Internally, there was some noise at night in the stairwell and from the apartment above.

Good facilities especially with two bathrooms and washing machine. Super clean. Close to the ferry port. We had great time thx to Darija. She was very considerate, made a parking place right in front of the house and gave a small gift. The best apartment ever!! Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Split. The host Darija was very easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpfull. Check in was perfect and she gave us plenty of information on our arrival. The location was perfect, around the corner of the beach and a short walk to the old town city center. The apartment was spotless clean and has everything you need. The bathrooms are a big plus and the kitchen is well equipped.

Lovely modern clean apartment. The host was excellent - very helpful and accommodating.

Location was amazing, as well as the apartment. We originally booked for the fair price and quality that was shown in the pictures, but even still we were blown away with our whole experience.

The only issue we had was the main shower head. The bathroom and shower itself were beautiful, but the shower itself seemed a little lacking in water pressure, and the nozzles seemed to be a little all over the place. Would've like the rain fall shower head to have a little bit better pressure, the nozzles be aimed more downwards.

Everything in apartment is new and perfectly clean. Bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen and bathrooms are more then well equiped, it's hard that you will miss anything. It is pleasure to spend a few days in such a nice apartment. The host, Mrs. Darija is very hospitable and kind. She even gave a very sweet gift to our boy which is now his most important play tool :).

Great host and the apartment is excellent. Loved the location and the neighbourhood was very quiet.
