Good location near a new beach that’s being developed. Lovely balcony. Supermarket directly underneath apartment block. 15 mins from the old town of Split. Lovely and very helpful apartment owner.

The only thing that was missing would be to provide some dishwasher tablets as it’s too expensive to buy a big bag for a free days stay.

We loved our stay & would definitely stay here again. Cannot fault location if you after a beach. The new beach development is SO lovely & the beach/ seaviews made this appartment extra special. A well stocked shop is just below and the bus and hire bikes make it easy to get in & out to Split central.

The shower is smaller thsn the photos suggest, however hot water was reliable and the pressure good. I was looking forward to using the shower spa heads, however they were difficult to use.

The apartment was spacious and well appointed. We liked having a washing machine. There is a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and islands. It is a short, uphill walk to the bus stop to get to the old city. We also used the provided parking spot.

The parking spot is small so it takes some maneuvering to get in, but we managed without any problems. There is construction on the beach that can be extremely loud at times. It starts at 7:15 and goes to almost 6pm, Monday through Saturday. So bring earplugs for sitting on the balcony.

missing some essentials like paper towels, trash bags, etc. I ended up buying many essentials and left them for the next guests.

We were charged the deposit before being told the beach is currently a building site, work starts at 7am and is loud enough to wake you. Aware its not their fault its happening but it should of been made clearer when booking. There were no spare bin bag and cleaning products left for us to use were minimal meaning it was hard to keep it tidy.
