Plaza Stone Apartment

It was really easy to communicate with the host, he is very kind and helpful. We were really satisfied with the apartment. Nice and cosy with everything you need. It was in a really good price.

There were a lot of ants, which was uncomfortable but we saw that the host was really trying to get rid of them, and handle this situation.

Great location. Easy access. Good air conditioning. Just a few minor issues.

One air conditioner leaks water onto electrical box. There were a few bugs inside the apartment (ants, spiders). Outside smelled like cat urine from stray cats.

Just minor things... Iron,and hairdryer didn't work, kettle leaking, light outside didn't work

Great location. Easy to get to and very quiet neighbors. Good fit out and very safe. Host was easily contactable, and he was very helpful.

Small toilet/ bathroom needs some sort of fan as the smell was constant like a chicken coup. Spare blanket had big stain on it and my son could not use it. Mould on air con vent was easily seen and not suitable for 4-star apartment. TV in main room not working should not happen.

So well placed for exploring Split. Close to the entrance of the old town, supermarkets and all the live action at night on the main square. Two bathrooms made sharing with 6 people easier.

It is quite a small apartment for 6 people and we would have appreciated wine glasses and a sink plug to help with clearing up.
