Holiday Apartments Split

The apartments were amazing - we were staying as a group of 7 in the apartment with a sea view terrace and the one located on the ground floor. Both were very clean and well equipped and the terraces were pretty cozy and comfortably furnished. We were aware that they are located a little far from Riva but the walk to the centre is not a problem, going near the sea. In addition the location is close to the beaches. Also our hosts were helpful and responsive.

Super nice

The apartment was spotlessly clean and the balcony is a real selling point, the views are lovely and the outside furniture is great. The apartment is about a 20 minute walk from old town Split, about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. Walk through the tennis bar and there are steps that take you right to the beach. We had two children ages 6 and 9 and they were absolutely fine with the walking. The sofas in the living room were set up like beds but could be used in the day to sit on. The kitchen is fully equipped, including salt/pepper/spices/sugar/coffee and tea! Vedran even located us a toaster when we asked for one. There is dish water tablets, washing liquid, plenty of towels, toilet rolls and washing machine tablets/fabric conditioner. Vedran is a great host, always accessible and went out of his way to make our stay pleasurable. The apartment is in a locals area but we liked that about it as it was very quiet night and day. We didn’t have a car so we walked a lot but it was great exploring Split. We went April so weather a bit hit and miss but even on dull days, there was lots to do. Highly recommend exploring the national park, accessed at the farthest end of Split promenade, we all loved it, including the petting zoo at the top!

The boiler is small so hot water runs out quickly, especially with a family of 4! However, you just need to time your showers or be quick to make sure there’s hot water for everyone!

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment close to Bacvice beach and around a 30 minute walk from the old town. Nice restaurants nearby, plus a couple of small supermarkets. Vedran and Ivana could not have been more helpful. Really enjoyed our stay as 4 adults.

Clean, comfortable and with all amenities. Even spices were provided with sufficient detergent for the dishwasher and laundry which is hard to come by with other apartments. Close to a quiet secluded sandy beach and restaurants and coffee shops. Staff were very friendly and good advice. One of our bags were delayed by the airline and vedran went out of his way to assist us retrieving it in time before our departure

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean. The little pizza and pasta restaurant next door was very convenient, as we arrived at about 10.00 pm, and were able to easily get dinner. Also the host Vedran stayed late to welcome us and show us to our apartment.

We should have booked to stay for longer.

Great apartment! Everything was very clean, the location was excellent — just a few minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to the old town. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helped us with all our questions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view! We will definitely come back! Thank you!
