Kind and helpful owner. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Perfect accommodation even with small children.

A quiet place, close enough to the center. The garden is a delight. Joseph and his wife were kind and hospitable.

Great location next to old town and city life (just a 5 min walk) but very quiet, beautiful house with garden, authentic and rustic furniture which gave it the cozy atmosphere.

For us the check out at 10AM was early since the check in the day before was at 8PM due to travel complications. Asked but unfortunately it could not be extended for one hour.

Location was top, 5-10 minutes away from the centre. Rooms were clean and authentic Dalmatian style. The owners were very kind and full of information.

Beautiful garden, nice rooms, friendly Hosts

We had a lovely time at Villa Rosa. The owners are an elderly couple and the room has an 'antique' feel to it, hence we felt like visiting our grandparents for the weekend.:-) They are sweet people and took a very good care of us. The room is spacious and very clean; bathroom good size, fridge had water and a welcoming bottle of wine. Room had a balcony, air con and wi-fi, everything you need. Location is fab! 5 min walk into Varoš, the old town centre. From the ferry port we called an uber to get to the apartment. Paid €6. Do not get the taxis waiting at the port! They charge €20. We only spent 2 nights in Split, and did many activities during the day, so spent a very little time in the apartment...but it was very comfortable and lovely to get back there after a long active day. Highly recommend it! They accept cash only!!!
