We came to Pecs because this place popped up on one of my feeds and looked so amazing we decided to visit. Even after thinking it would be amazing it still exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, right next to the palace. The house itself is incredible - I was going to ask if one of the owners was an architect as the attention to detail with the built in furniture, kitchen and decor is top notch. I was constantly admiring every detail for the two days we were there. We enjoyed both the balcony and courtyard for outside seating and made use of the modern high end kitchen facilities. If you have a car there is secure private underground parking approx 150m away. Couldn't get any better and definitely wished we had stayed longer. Pecs itself is a beautiful historic city that has yet to be discovered by the huge tourists crowds you find in other European cities.

This is not a negative, just some info. The house is in a restricted area for cars so if you have a car the owners will contact you for your licence plate and provide a permit which allows you to drive to the door of the house, offload your luggage and then drive to the underground car park (only 150m away). We were very grateful to have free parking in a location such as this.

An exceptional location; a tastefully eclectic atmosphere; cute technological devices that can be used according to taste (hi, Alexa, please be so kind and forward my best wishes to Netflix and the remote-controlled front door); perfect cleanliness; helpfulness, and in my case even extra medical care! Wow!

I didn't experience anything that I didn't know about from the host well in advance.

This is an exceptional property, beautifully renovated and decorated. The hosts were helpful and communicative, and the many little thoughtful touches added to an already superb experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of old Pécs and major sights. It is quiet and secluded, yet central.
