This big apartment is located on top floor of building facing the pool and the sea. So you have a million dollar panoramic view from the balcony. The balcony is equipped with a protection covers, you can use them in case its too sunny, rainy or windy. Flat is part of Sun Resort Arapia - small resort near the city of Tsarevo. Its very quiet resort. Ideal place to rest for families with kids. Its very safe and relaxing atmosphere. Managing team was also very kind and helpful (expecially, Giorgi)

No elevator,. Outside of resort is very poor and not well maintained area. Some equipment inside the appartment needs to be replaced due to its age

"Przecudny widok na morze i przestrzeń"

10.0

Cisza i spokój. Spędziliśmy tam cudowne, leniwe 6 dni, a ostatniego dnia właściciel zgodził się, żebyśmy mogli zostać do 18-ej, bo samolot mieliśmy poźno wieczorem.

I tyle. Dosłownie i w przenośni.

This is an exceptional apartment, stunning views, below the apartment there is a small private beach in a small bay. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, a spacious bathroom and many amenities.

"A place that I will come back for longer period!"

10.0

The location, the vibe, the large rooms and bathroom and the lady who maintained the apartment. Lots of light in the apartment - you have both sunrise and sunset from the large terrace. The terrace also has rain and wind covers, so you can enjoy the location no matter the weather.

The apartment is part of a complex where the management of the resort creates confusions. One of the days the whole building was locked and I had no access to the apartment. Another day they closed the gates of the car entrance, so it took me some time to find someone to open the door.

"Amazing views, fabulous terrace, great apartment!"

9.0

View from the terrace is amazing, and the terrace itself is huge. It has a sofa, 2 arm chairs, another small table and chairs, a sun lounger, and still space to spare! It has a retractable roof, and retractable sun shades on all sides, it's the best terrace I've seen! The pool is big and clean, and has a nice pool bar. There is a small beach right next to the pool, but a bigger, nicer beach is only a 5 min walk away. The apartment itself has the same amazing views, and is spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, and apartment was clean. The area around the hotel is quite low key - there are lots of campsites around. There are quite a few restaurants and beach bars all within a few minutes walk, along the beach front. I would advise hiring a car so that you can explore the wider area. The apartment comes with an underground parking space. We visited sinamorets (where we did a boat ride into the national park, and went to the beach), sozapol, primosko (really nice beach to the north), Neptune water park (highly recommend), burgas (for a kayak trip in the national park, and a visit to the town itself), and tsarevo (lots of places to eat around the square, and has a Lidl). All in all, we had a great holiday.

Communication post arrival needs major improvement. When we arrived, the person who was checking us in was not there as she should have been, and the only means of communication that we had was via the message service on booking.com, but it turned out that the apartment manager was 6 hours away in Sofia. We waited 45 mins for the person to arrive to check us in, then all she did was point to the apartment, give us the key, and leave. Once we got into the apartment, we realised that the air con was not working properly, nor the terrace roof lights, but all we could do was send messages via booking.com, which was a slow process. We asked the manager to phone us but she couldn't or wouldn't, and gave us a number to phone instead, but when we called it and we could only speak English, they just hung up on us every time. Eventually the apartment manager put us in touch with someone else in Burgas, who was very helpful. He arranged for the air con and roof terrace to be fixed promptly. We had a couple of smaller, annoying issues, such as we only had 2 towels between 5 of us for 4 days, despite several requests for more, and we did not have enough bedding for 1 night. In summary, I think the check in process needs to be improved, and guests need to be given a phone number of someone who will be able to help with any issues from the beginning. Also, we just assumed that we would be able to eat in the hotel and pay for it, but the hotel is all buffet meals, no al la carte menu. If we wanted to eat there, the price of the buffet was really expensive, way more than going out to a local restaurant. We therefore didn't eat at the hotel at all. There are plenty of other places to go so it wasn't a problem, but it's not clear when booking that the restaurant is not really available to eat in.
