"OK apartment but let down by a serious cockroach problem."

Location is in New Quito close to park and shopping centres. It is on the top floor of the building. It has a functional kitchen and laundry.

The apartment has a major cockroach problem. As soon as it is evening, there are lots of them running around the kitchen floors and benches. The water pressure is so low that showers are difficult. Some of the windows could not be closed.

"Reasonable apartment with a couple of big problems."

Nice building close to the park and shopping. One metro stop to the historic centre. Apartment itself is OK. Washing machine and dryer are very useful.

There is a major problem with small cockroaches! They are running all over the kitchen as soon as evening comes and then spread through the rest of the apartment at night. The water and gas pressure is so low that showers and cooking are both a problem.
