Coldharbour Luxury Shepherds Hut with Hot Tub

A wonderful Shepherd's hut which is immaculately appointed. The whole place was extremely clean and we loved staying here. Andrew was great at communicating and gave us all the info we needed for a great stay. Great location for exploring Rye and the surrounding area. Very peaceful and quiet.

Nothing to dislike in the hut it was wonderful. I would point out that the view from the front door is of new farm buildings. The owner has planted an orchard so in a few years time the view will be much improved. I would have given my review 10 out of 10 but for the immediate location of the hut on the Cold Harbour grounds.

A fabulous stay, our first stay in a shepherds hut and it was a luxurious and spacious experience! The farm is located on top of a hill with stunning views and each of properties are well placed so you feel like you have your own private corner. The hut is superb, fully kitted out with little touches that make it an easy and comfortable experience. We have taken away some design ideas for our own house! There’s a great pub within walking distance (30 minutes) down beautiful country lanes and space outside the hut to relax with a drink and throw a ball for the dog. Will be recommending to friends and family!

The weather was gorgeous so a parasol or sail for a bit of shade at the end of a long day hiking in the sun would have made it perfect.

So much thought and care has been put into thinking about what a guest might like or need. It is obvious that Andrew takes pride in providing a welcoming, calm & relaxing atmosphere. The place was immaculate, beautiful furnished & well designed. Also, lovely welcoming touch of a (delicious) chocolate bar on the bed.

This is not so much what I didn’t like, but what would have been the icing on the cake: a bar of soap &…. an electric car charging point (!).

Very nice finish to the hut really lovely. The local pub was fantastic food was very nice staff very helpful all in all a fantastic place

The views from the hut was farm buildings but that will change as trees grow and buildings are finished

Everything - clean, tidy and decorated amazingly throughout. had everything we needed such as cooking facilities/towels/games. perfectly relaxing location with a cozy vibe
