R63 Apartment with Terrace

The beds and sleeping arrangements were comfy, the kitchen well equipped and location great. It was spacious and nice for family with 2 kids.

It was pretty hot in summer and opening the windows at night was not an option since the car traffic was heard from downstairs.

Great location, close to the city center by walk. Parking is very easy & comfortable. Nice, clean, bright apartment with all necessary equipment. Easy, contact-free check in / check out.

There is no air-conditioning and on the warm summer days the apartment gets very hot. The only solution is to keep the windows open, but the street is very noisy (heavy traffic day&night)... so the apartment is very much in need of an air-conditioner.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment located on very nice street, in a good district, which is close to the center. 10/15 minutes away from old town and shopping malls (by nice walk across the river). Ahhaa centre and Aura waterpark are less than 20 min away by walk. Free parking lot in backyard. Very comfortable new bed and comfortable kitchen equipt with all you need, included dishwashwer. Spacious bathroom with washingmachine. Child slept on the sofa, wich was very comfy, avalable topper mattress for more comfortable sleep. In overall spacious premises with terrace. This is very good choise for stay to explore Tartu city. Modern design. Recommend coffee shop “KAFE” across the street, there is very tasty coffee.

For longer stay more washing machine tablets would be great (was only 2). Also might wish for cleaner drawers. But in overall all was really good.
