1. It was a good location near the centre of Tartu and close to a supermarket and cafes. 2. It was also good value.

1. There wasn't any parking available on-site at the property. I was misled by the advert. 2. The apartment was small and with my luggage and bike in the room it was difficult to move around. 3. The kitchen didn't have an oven or microwave provided. 4. There wasn't enough kitchenware such as pots/pans and utensils. 5. The bed was above the bathroom and kitchen and there was a steep ladder to climb up to it which was dangerous and it was easy to hit your head on the ceiling at the top. 6. The fire safety could be improved - there wasn't any fire extinguisher or fire blanket provided. 7. The host didn't reply to my email regarding parking. 8. There wasn't any dinning table and chairs in the apartment so it was difficult to eat your meals. 9. There wasn't any desk or chair in the apartment so it was difficult to work remotely.

Paratamatult on näha, et kasutatud on odavamaid viimistlusmaterjale, mis on aja jooksul kulunud. Tualett ei olnud korralikult puhastatud. Voodi kõrval ei olnud ei pistikuid ega väiksemat tuld, mis oli ebamugav.
