La scala di accesso, davvero troppo ripida

Erdgeschoss war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles was man braucht

Der 1. Stock. Einfach alles daran. Vom Ambiente bis hin zum erschreckend schlechten Bett. Das Bett war viel zu weich, unbequem und wir hatten darin überhaupt keinen Schlaf gefunden. Zudem war das Haus nichts für Allergiker, die gegen Hausstaub allergisch sind. Ja es ist schwierig in einem so alten Haus alles staubfrei zu halten, aber mit Allergie ging das Haus dennoch gar nicht.

This appartement was very spacious and comfortable. Everything has an Italian charme from some years ago, but that made it even more comfortable. We had timely instructions on how we would find everything, were able to check in a little earlier and had nothing missing at all. The place is just in the centre of Tartu with everything closeby. Great place!

Right across the street, there’s a very good Italian restaurant, and the apartment itself is also charming — like stepping into Tuscany. When we entered the room, mood music was playing, and everything felt so exciting, like being in a museum. Lots of details and everything you need is provided. Great location right in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately, the apartment has no cooling, so during hot summer days it gets very warm, and if you keep the windows open, there’s a loud noise from the ventilation system of the neighboring building. Additionally, keep in mind that it’s located in the city center, so noise from partygoers can last until the early hours of the morning. So it might happen that you won’t be able to get a proper rest.
