Just info for early and sensitive sleepers: It is a buzzing party location area on Fridays and Saturdays, so the ones who tried to go to sleep earlier found the overall noise disturbing.

Its a 'loud' house, everything creaks and makes noise, an airco or heatingpump outside from one of the neighbours makes a constant irritating noise, there is no quiet. Parking (paid) is a hassle, not all devices are without defect and work diminished

the stairs to the second floor are very steep, quite dangerous for small children
