Голям и поддържан комплекс. Общите части са добре поддържани. Разнообразие от басейни и шезлонги достатъчно за капацитета на хотела.

Стаята стара и занемарена. Персонала повтаря само " Вие не сте част от хотела." Липса на касов бон, никакво отношение понеже сме били в апартамент на собственик. Обещания за отстъпки, които не получаваш. Трети етаж без асансьор. Не бих посетила отново. Силна музика до 2/3 през ноща от ресторанта... Няма шанс да спиш.

There wasn't anything to dislike

This is a private apartment within a Hotel. But you can use the Hotel facilities such as the Pool and Restaurants. The Pool is the nicest thing at the Hotel. There is as well a Kids Club that offers nice events. The owner is very friendly and accessible. The Apartment has a balcony and is located at a quiet place close to the Pool.

The reception desk could have been friendlier especially as of arrival. We needed to clean the room a bit.

Nothing to like. We didn’t stay.

It is not in the hotel.No one at the property Expects us. Misery.

I do like Emerald complex

I have been trap somehow taking a private apt instead a hotel one. I did not like that the hotel employee are treating you poorly, e.g. one young girl at the reception desk, when I have claimed the I cannot connect to the internet rooter, simply said she is there for the hotel guests only.
