Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Etwas weg vom Zentrum und daher schön ruhig. Zu Fuss sind es nur wenige Minuten zum See. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und gemütlich.

Es hatte keine Handseife im Badezimmer. Wir haben die Wohnung im Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden. Sie ist auf einem Zwischenstock, vom Hauseingang einmal die Treppe runter.

Geräumige Unterkunft, sehr sauber.

Gute Lage nahe am Zentrum von Ascona. Viel Platz. Überdachter Parkplatz.

Das öffnen der Türe war uns nicht bekannt. Die Beschreibung wie das Öffnen uns abschließen der Türe funktioniert war auf der Innenseite der Türe aufgeklebt. Dieser Aufkleber wäre aussen sinnvoll.

Das Vordach unterhalb des Balkons ist begrünt. Das ist eine Brutanstalt für Stechmücken. Wer aufcdem Balkon sitzt wird gnadenlos von Stechmückem attackiert.

Spacious and elegant apartment with many facilities. We felt very comfortable. The covered garage is right next to the entrance. There are two bathrooms and this is an advantage if there are more than 2 members in the group. If you want to use the laundry on the ground floor you need to have 1/2Fr coins. The view is gorgeous but for that you have to go up the hill from the lake level. Really easy check-in and check-out. The administrator is very kind and responds in English to any questions in a very short time. Most of the information in the apartment is in German but it can be translated with apps or ask the admin.

This negative comment is due to the fact that we had 4 extremely hot days, over 35 degrees. I think we were unlucky. The fan, blinds or sunshades on the balcony were not enough. We did not have the comfort necessary to sleep well. A portable air conditioning system would be welcome.
