We had a little issue upon arrival as we were travelling by car and you cannot really get to the apartment by car, as this is a pedestrian-only zone which we were not aware of. However this is manageable as there is a shopping mall (to which the apartment building is actually incorporated to) and you can park for a while just outside the mall's parking lot to unload your luggage and then there is a free parking within 200m distance where you can leave the car during your stay. The host met us there to hand us the keys and show us the apartment. The apartment is new and very spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers, and a large kitchen. Location is good, right at the city center and close to all main attractions.

Nothing to say, everything was as expected.

Quiet location, even though the apartment is situated close to shopping and restaurants.

Beatriz met us to give us an introduction and the keys. She was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and enjoyable with a full kitchen. Paid parking is available directly underground but we utilized free parking a few blocks away. Jorge graciously extended our stay for a day when our flight was cancelled. The apartment is in the best location in Aveiro and within walking distance of the canal, mall, and restaurants and cafes.
