La ubicación, en pleno centro, al lado de la plaza de pescadores. Todo cerca para ir caminando y parking gratuito al lado.

La casa esta un poco descuidada, falta luz por todas las estancias, las persianas no bajaban y las camas no eran muy cómodas.

El mantenimiento de ciertos aspectos de la casa es un poco deficiente; tales como, las manillas de las puertas, interruptores y electrodomésticos de la cocina.

Es muy céntrico, a pasos del Forum, amplio, limpio, con terraza y WiFi.

I spent one full week in the apartment with my family. It wasn’t my first in Aveiro, but the stay was really nice. The apartment is very large, comfortable up to 6 people and with large spaces. The double bathroom is exceptional. The location is central and all the main attractions of the city center are located in a radius of 5/10 mins by walk.

-the whole apartment was moist the entire time -everything was rusty, including the gas stove, which did not look safe at all (additionally, the gas stove was not self-igniting, which, at least to me, seems to be a security-risk in itself) -we also found signs of mold (probably more hidden under the paint) After a second look over the reviews, I found another 3-star review with pictures attached—they perfectly show the situation. The reviews with 5-star or more must be fake. (@booking.com - please do something about this kind of deception).
