A localização é excelente, e ser piso terreo é fantástico. O apartamento é moderno, funcional e bem decorado. O Pedro é um anfitrião inexcedível! sempre disponivel, prático, simpático. Recomendo muito.

Piso zero com excelente acesso para mobilidade reduzida ex cadeira de bebé, estacionamento à porta. Todas as areas internas e externas, sem barreiras arquitetonicas. Jardim com relvado bem tratado excelente para brincar ou jogar à bola, caminhar com bebé e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Acesso fácil ao paredão e passadiço para a praia. Tudo o que se precisa à mao.

Da simpatia e atenção do Sr. Pedro. A localização muito calma e perto de tudo.

Só haver um local de compras tudo muito caro, o triplo do valor praticado por nós pois também temos um mini mercado todos os produtos era inaceitável, mas é o que é.

Aucune vraie porte dans l’appartement (que des portes coulissantes ajourées donc aucune intimité même dans les wc). Des fourmis dans la cuisine et salon, impossible de cuisiner. Freezer du petit frigo non degivré, deux vieilles plaques électriques. Une seule prise électrique pour 3 appareils dans la cuisine. Chambre avec lits superposés (type chambre cabine des sports d’hiver) de 3m2. Surface annoncée de 85m2 mais en réalité moins de 50m2 balcon compris.

Clean and comfortable. Close to the amenities in Troia, short walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. Great apartment if you are looking for a peaceful getaway. Extremely helpful and friendly host, very attentive to all our needs before, during and after our stay. Would recommend staying in this apartment.

The apartment was ideal for our needs so no complaints.
