The room we booked was not what was assigned to us. Upon complaining we were told this is a booking.com problem the owner knew about it and nothing was done to rectify the issue. The owner offered an alternative accomdation however we might have lost our prepaid payment in full and the alternative was more expensive. The bed was utmost uncomfortable. The plates were putred and the cupboard had a foul odor - my wife washed the lot after receiving a shower of foul smelling water from one of the plates. Frozen food and bottle was left in freezer all iced up from a previous tennant. While renovations can happen, for them to extend well into the late afternoon with angle grinder and hammer drill one meter from our room left a foul taste with us. After a day out - we left the heater on - we returned to a cold unit, the central heating circulation pump could not be heard until we raised the issue late the last evening. After initial promises all is ok we miraculously heard the pump again and it got warm.

A separate toilet would be nice. Now it is in the bathroom and staying there with 5 people makes that a bit less convenient.

It was a good value for money at this price you can not complain about the property the bathroom was having a pretty nice bathroom and a small kitchen where you can do your morning coffee/ tee or a late afternoon quick meal. collecting the key was pretty quick under 5 min, after I call him but it was in the collection time hours. I try to get it earlier but it did not work so in collection time it is pretty ok earlier not.

The bathroom light was on sensor and it was really annoying you had to move your hands wheel siting on the toilet. :( The apartment look unfinish but we did not care we were there just for the sleep. :)

The bed was clean and comfortable. Pets are allowed without extra charge

The apartment was advertised with SEPARATE BEDROOM however, it was a studio packed with unnecessary furniture. It felt like being in a storage room: chest of drawers, laundry basket, deco shelf, desk, table, bed, kitchen, sofa. All in a tiny studio. The photo on this listing is NOT the actual apartment!!!! The owner blamed the false and misleading advert on the complicated system of booking. It was written in the description that the flat has a separate bedroom. It is not just a mistaken setting on the listing if you write it with your own words... I am disappointed because it was important for me to have a separate bedroom. I could have booked another place if the listing wasn't lying about the bedroom. The owner couldn't offer a solution, so I spent christmas in the storage-like studio :(

The keys were given to us on the spot. everything was alright. The apartment was clean and well equipped. No problem with wifi. Parking is at the house. It is a very quiet place, no car traffic. Restaurant 300m. I recommend swimming at Losheim am see, sandy beach for children, entrance 4 euros and parking 6 euros. I enjoyed it a lot. We were here for a week. We will definitely be back.
