The space it is clean and comfy

We liked that the beds and linens are comfortable. The towels are not absorbent. The room is cold and somewhat clean as their are lots of ants in the sink area.

The ants. They could use pest control quarterly. There’s no generator. The power outtage went from 10pm. We left before 7am as it’s already getting humid inside the room and when we left, there’s still no power. Water is not working. Had an argument with the Manager (Cristina) because the room that we booked says 1 twin bed, 1 full bed. My husband & son are big and we always get two beds everytime we book a hotel. We were very disappointed to see inside the room there’s only 1 double bed and they made us pay for the extra bed at ₱250/night. Cristina’s very rude & doesn’t have a customer service touch. To add, she keeps on shouting at me as if i am not a paying customer. It’s actually not our first time staying here but this is the first time it happened. No apologies offered (even wrote this complain/concern to their FB page, no apologies either or even compensation offered) not even offering to discount or free the extra bed. I had screenshots of the room we booked & showed it to them but she kept insisting that it’s booking.com’s mistake. She kept directing the concern to booking.com & insisted I complain to them. Overall, the stay could have been more enjoyable (despite the power outtage) if not for the bed configurations concern and the very very, unapologetic manager, Cristina. Will definitely not stay here anymore! The experience with Cristina was just horrible! She should have not been a manager because of how she handles such concern/issue.

The security guard stayed all night and was very helpful with food delivery, and receiving my guest.

The location felt sketchy because i had to go through a neighborhood to find it. I thought it would be on a main road but it wasn't. However the gps directions for the grab car were simple and easy and the gate was marked. Very secure and safe.

The friendliness of the staff (Elena and Anne) and their readiness to help when needed.

Although, the house's staff sprayed the place with Baygon, tiny ants would still appear after the effect of the insecticide have evaporated.

It is convenient and very affordable.
