Sehr saubere Wohnung (!) mit guter Basisausstattung, Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Nichts unnötiges, viel Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Sieht in real genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Schöner Balkon. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Sehr freundlicher Herr im Vermittlungsbüro, hilfsbereit und uns wurde viel erklärt.

Mit der Wohnung und der Abwicklung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Sehr unangenehm war allerdings der Schlagzeuger vom Haus gegenüber, der 1-2 mal täglich intensiv übte.
